Returns & Exchanges

At Access Denied, we stand behind our high-performance gear, but if your equipment doesn't meet your training standards, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it out and securely package your sports gear in its original box.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for confirmation of the return transit.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our team inspects the equipment for signs of use, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
